A rich, full flavored white wine. Only the best Seyval fruit was selected by hand by the Palmer Family. Barrel fermented with "wild" natural yeasts. Ripe flavors of melon, pineapple followed by rich, creamy butterscotch, clove spice and earthy flavors. |

(Say-vahl BLAWN)- A dry, white wine. Medium bodied, complex floral aromas with a hint of butterscotch and melon. Fermented and aged in New Hungarian & French Oak barrels for a seleccted amount of time for added depth and flavor. " This golden colored, Mid-Season rippener produces wonderful white wines of tremendous depth and character wich rival any white wine around the world." |

(foo-MAY VEE-doll) A dry white, fermented and aged in Hungarian oak wich gives it the "Fume" or smoky charecter. Medium bodied, fruity, rich and complex. Primaraly produced from the Vidal Blanc grape yet a percentage of Seyval Blanc is added for added demensions. This is also %100 Estate grown in our vineyards. |

Our Red Wines: |

We currently are growing six diferent varieties of red grapes. From the classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Petit Verdot to the Fresh and Fuit filled Rougeon and the seductive, Marechal Foch. Future expansion will include additional cabernet and the noble Syrah. The Grape Growing climate of the Ohio River Valley produces red wines of great depth and complexity. Warm summers and moderate winters create the perfect conditons to ensure full rippness of all these varieties while offering safety from winter injury. |
