2005 Seyval Blanc
NEW Release - Our newest "Family Reserve" release. Hand selected
clusters loaded directly into our stainless steel press and given a light
"champagne" pressing. The fermentation was allowed using only wild
yeasts from the vineyard.  Aged in French Oak barrels for 12
months. A very dry white, with good mouth-feel and a lingering
aftertaste.

"Palmer Family Reserve Wines"
2004 Fume Vidal
(foo-MAY VEE-doll) Hand selected clusters of Estate Grown grapes
are used for this dry, white wine.  Fermented and aged in Hungarian
oak barrels.  Smoky, light-bodied, fruity, rich and complex.
Ba-Da-Bing! "Rosso"
A dry red wine styled after the rustic wines of northwest Italy.  A
burst of violets, followed by flavors of ripe dark cherry, blackberry
and sweet oak.  To be served with a smile. GOLD MEDAL

A dry white wine styled after the crisp wines of central Italy.
100% Estate Grown.
Seyval Blanc
(Say-vahl BLAWN)- A dry, white wine.  Medium bodied, complex floral
and herb aromas with flavors of melon and lemon.  Fermented and
aged in French oak barrels.  100% grown in our Madison vineyard.
Kleineweiss
(KLINE-uh-VISE) - Our German-style "little white".  Tiny touch
of residual sugar.  Apricot and melon flavors with some spice. Made
from our Estate grown Cayuga White grapes.  SILVER & BRONZE
MEDAL
OFF-DRY WINES
Country Red
This dry, medium to light bodied, 100% Rougeon features a mild,
earthy nose with notes of dried berry and strawberry.
Black Dog
Sweet red wine produced from hybrid grapes grown in our vineyard.
Aromas of black fruit and cherry with a lingering taste that reminds
many of a young ruby port.  SILVER MEDAL

Mystique
NEW Blend - Sweet white wine from our Estate Grown grapes.
Fragrant, grapey.  A new blend of our Niagara and Seyval grapes.

Our Red Wines:
We currently are growing six
diferent varieties of red grapes.
From the classic Bordeaux
varieties of Cabernet Franc,
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot &
Petit Verdot to the Fresh and
Fuit filled Rougeon and the
seductive, Marechal Foch.
Future expansion will include
additional cabernet and the
noble Syrah. The Grape
Growing climate of the Ohio
River Valley produces red wines
of great depth and complexity.
Warm summers and moderate
winters create the perfect
conditons to ensure full
rippness of all thesevarieties
while offering safety from
winter injury.
