2007 Dimensions
A very dry Bordeaux-style red wine blended from Cabernet Franc.
Bold, dark color with aromas and flavors of blackberry, plum, mocha,
licorice and ripe olive. This wine will age beautifully for the next 6-8

| Our Red Wines: We currently are growing six diferent varieties of red grapes. From the classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Petit Verdot to the Fresh and Fuit filled Rougeon and the seductive, Marechal Foch. Future expansion will include additional cabernet and the noble Syrah. The Grape Growing climate of the Ohio River Valley produces red wines of great depth and complexity. Warm summers and moderate winters create the perfect conditons to ensure full rippness of all thesevarieties while offering safety from winter injury. |
